Step 3: Two-Way Communication & Assessment
A trained dispatcher connects with you through the built-in speaker and microphone. Even if you can't respond, they assess the situation and send the appropriate help—whether that means contacting paramedics, loved ones, or both. We stay on the line until help arrives, so you're never alone during an emergency.
